Introduction to the module

Over and above their academic studies, involvement enables students to develop cross-disciplinary skills in organization, management, project management, interpersonal skills, openness and responsibility, and to foster social ties. It contributes to personal fulfillment through associative, community and university activities, but above all, it develops the skills, employability and the civic –mindedness of the student.

Pedagogical methods

Le 30/09/20N suivant la rentrée pour une reconnaissance portant sur le 1e semestre ;

For the 20N/20N+1 year, applications for recognition of student engagement must be made through the dedicated Moodle submission platform no later than
Sept 30th, 20N following the start of the academic year for a recognition asked for the 1st semester;
Jan 31st, 30N+1 for a recognition asked for the 2nd semester
The application includes a form. The student must join the necessary supporting documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
An answer will be given within 15 days. Pending a reply, the student has to take all the modules enabling him/her to validate his/her 60 ECTS per year by default.
In the event of a favourable response, the student must contact the Schooling office within 8 days to formalise the teaching contract for the year. He/she must also contact the teacher to inform him/her of his/her resignation from the module.
This contract is signed by the Director of the program and the student. It includes an appendix with the opinion on the request for recognition of student engagement.

Evaluation and grading system and catch up exams

The evaluation will pay attention to the skills developed and acquired and to the student's ability to step back and understand these skills in relation to their level of study. The report should not be merely descriptive; it should be a reflective approach of the actions taken and the skills developed.

If there is no response within 15 days, the recognition is considered validated.
In the event of refusal, the student will be required to complete MOOCS on sustainable development objectives for a minimum of 60 hours. The MOOCs must then be completed no later than Aug 20th, 20N+1, so that the student's record can be re-evaluated at the September jury.
If no framework is submitted, the student will be required to complete MOOCS on sustainable development objectives for a minimum of 80 hours. The MOOCs must then be completed no later than Aug 20th, 20N+1, so that the student's record can be re-evaluated at the September jury.
