Introduction to the module
Module 2, entitled “Sector Expertise,” focuses on the evolution of social policy evaluation toward participatory management. The sector is approached from a strategic perspective, with an understanding of the key texts underpinning social action. It explores relationships with political actors and territorial integration through the geo-alliance of stakeholders, while placing at the heart of the reflection the fundamental commitments of social action: care, vulnerability, and inclusion.
