Introduction to the module

Understanding the basic concepts of strategic analysis and strategic management. Acquiring the skills and tools to apply strategic management concepts in real business environments, in which there is a high degree of uncertainty, competitive pressure and the urgent necessity to address grand challenges.

  • 5.2 - Lead or co-lead the development of an innovative, meaningful strategic vision, drawing on the potential of digital intelligence, within a set of identified constraints, to create the conditions for sustainable performance.

The evaluation will be based on active attendance in class work (40%) and one exam (60%)
