- Ability to decide what type of a network should be analysed in which way to achieve a given objective in an organisation.
- Ability to interpret network analysis results and incorporate these in managerial activities.

Contenu

In this course the students will learn how to see relations as networks. These relations can be face-to-face communications, online interactions, inter-organisational relations like strategic alliances, as well as inter-departmental relations in an organisation. Students will learn about the potential benefits of the network perspective in different innovation environments, and how to leverage these for increasing the innovation performance.

Evaluation

The grading in this course will be based on student participation, 2 exams and one team project.
