To understand both the Design Thinking and Service Design in Design Sprint mode in 2 days. They will be compared with other methods as lean startup.
To acquire an efficient, user-centred methodology of innovation to quickly assess and validate products. To learn the process and its tools. To experience an agile and collaborative work culture based on empathy, prototyping/testing, and iteration.
The role of Design Thinker is one of the 5 key roles in an agile organization.

Contenu

Experiment how to apply the Design Thinking & Service Design mindset to a concrete challenge. In teams, you will follow the Stanford’s process to innovate in a human centered way: from the interviews till the testing of prototypes. You finish this workshop with a quiz to potentially certify you as a design thinker.

Approches pédagogiques

Learning by doing. Several teams of no more than 4-6 participants, with the active support of experienced practitioners. A series of theoretical principles, practical exercises, and debriefing to assimilate each phase of the method.
