Introduction to the module
Module 4, entitled “Strategic and Operational Implementation,” is dedicated to mastering the tools for managing and steering organizations. It takes a cross-cutting approach to key levers such as finance and taxation, communication strategy, as well as issues related to ethics, human resource management, and the integration of new technologies. Each dimension is addressed from the specific perspective of the sector and is supported by numerous case studies and practical examples. The module thus encourages innovation in sector practices.

Evaluation and grading system and catch up exams
Two written assignments are required to validate the following blocks: RNCP35910BC01: Mastering Advanced and Specialized Uses of Digital Tools, and RNCP35910BC07: Measuring and Monitoring Innovative Projects Using Management Tools and Methods.
One grade per block must be equal to or higher than 10.
One resit is possible for each assignment (grade capped at 10).
