Introduction to the module
Moving away from a model of management reduced to its calculative, disembodied, decontextualized, and individualistic aspects, Module 5 invites participants to explore the possibilities and modalities of a more human and humanistic approach to organization and administration. The module seeks to rediscover the fundamental human dimensions of leadership: the ability to unite energies, actions, and commitments around a leadership team, and to find a balance between caring for others and caring for oneself.
Course Learning objectives

Evaluation and grading system and catch up exams
Two written assignments are required to validate the following blocks: RNCP25910BC03: Communicating in a Professional Context, and RNCP35910BC09: Developing a Managerial and Organizational Culture.
One grade per block must be equal to or higher than 10.
One resit is possible for each assignment (grade capped at 10).
