This course aims to understand the importance of IT tools regardless of the desired orientation (marketing, finance, IT...) and make students operational during their integration into the corporate world.
This course will based on theoretical explanations, practical exercises and resolution of companies cases.
In order to introduce the course we will discuss around the concept of IS. However all the work will be on desktop tools which are Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A quick introduction to VBA will be made at the end of the course.
The goal is to make the students operational from a technical point of view and aware of good practice on desktop tools.
This course also aims to introduce the role of information technology in different business functions.

Contenu

B-1 Développer des aptitudes fondamentales tout en formant les futurs cadre à être ouverts, proactifs et capables d'utiliser les technologies de l'information dans le management

Utiliser les outils courants de productivité du domaine des TIC (informatique, réseaux, bases de données) pour améliorer l’efficacité des entreprises.

Prérequis

L’élève devra disposer d’un ordinateur et d’une Licence active de la suite office (2007 minimum)

• Case study: 70%
• Analysis Questions: 20%
• MCQ: 10%
If CF2, the CC notes and CF1 cancel. The rating is then capped at 12/20.

Approches pédagogiques

The focus will be on developing the student's skills. The competency-based approach will be privileged and based on problem solving in practical situations contextualized, in close collaboration with corporate life.
To help them integrate the concepts of the course, presentations and simulations exercises will be complementary, contextualized by department and translate the reality of the dissemination of information in enterprises through the IS, but mainly thanks to a good knowledge of tools of office.
