Contenu

The course aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of environment an entrepreneur is facing, which will helps him to focus his business and activities on what is demanded by customers and possible to undertake.
Participants will have to apply fundamentals of business to develop a strategic analysis of their concept and value proposal.
eMBA-2: To develop strategic thinking and analysis as applied to the ICT industry
eMBA-4: Be able to generate new ideas, steer innovation and management change in a competitive environment

60% final project
30% final oral defence before the group
