Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to : present theories of negotiation and conflict management ; compare and contrast human resources policies ; define, initiate, and implement a plan for project management; initiate, implement, and evaluate a plan for performance management ; apply appropriate written and oral skills, technology and ethical leadership skills in organizational settings.
To enable the students have a better understanding of the following central leadership issues in an organization:
