MPSE LAW 7301
The students learn the basic concepts of IPR and how technological change brings new opportunities and business models in relation to various IPR settings.
Students get a theoretical and practical knowledge to conduct a patent analysis for various managerial strategies.
The course is interactive, with class discussion.
Expected outcomes are:
- mastering basic concepts of IPR,
- knowledge of tools and practical ways to conduct a patent analysis.

Intellectual property, patent
1- The assessment will be related to the students’ project. Each group will conduct a patent analysis on the technological field or the enterprise of their choice related to their project. Students can consult by email their professor to tailor their patent analysis according to the needs of their project (%50).
2- Multiple choice exam (%50)
In addition to plenary presentation, with discussion, an example of patent analysis will be shown step by step.
