Compétences du bloc
- 6.2 - Optimiser l'usage d'outils adaptés aux différents domaines de gestion, et définir et interpréter les KPI pertinents, afin de mesurer et garantir une création de valeur durable et soutenable pour toutes les parties prenantes.
- 6.3 - Produire et analyser les principaux documents de synthèse, dans le but de s'assurer d'une gestion optimale, durable, en veillant à son alignement sur la vision, mission et les valeurs de l'organisation.
Objectifs d'apprentissage du cours
At the end of this course, each student will be able to explain what is Enterprise Architecture and its role in enterprise governance, he will also be able to develop, evaluate and design an Enterprise Model using an adequate notation (Archimate or Mega).
Contenu : structure du module et agenda
- Introduction to Enterprise modeling and Enterprise Architecture
- Purpose and value of enterprise architecture (EA) in aligning business strategy, information systems, and technology infrastructure;
- Major EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework, FEAF) and their use in structuring architectural work;
- Architectural views and models (business, data, application, and technology layers) to represent organizational elements and their relationships;
- Software tools for Enterprise Architecture and the MEGA platform
