Introduction to the module
This course will be very interactive. We will have a lot of discussions, sharing of experiences and practical and concrete exercises. We will build this course together.
The main goal of this course is learn how to manage a eBusiness project.
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
Know different type of project management (V Cycle and Agility methodology)
Lead a brainstorming - Collective intelligence
Pitch a project - Convince efficiently and get a budget to manage a project
Design a project : Collect, Understand and prioritize the need
Be able to lead a metting with Key Users and IT teams
Build a roadmap / efficient and visual project planning (including sprint, team, tasks, etc.)
Coordinate different teams
Lead a change management
Follow my product with KPIs
Use some Agile tools (Ice breaker, ROTI, etc.)

Content : structure and schedule
6 sessions :
1 -Basic knowledge Project management method : V Cycle VS Agile. Focus on study impacts and extent of digitalization.
Brainstorming : Find a solution about this subject.
2 - How to pitch your E-Business project to have an impact. Work about their project during the course with entertainments and at home.
3 - Presentation small pitches and theoritical course - "How to prioritize the need"
Exercice "Collect, Understand and prioritize the need" that they can to work also at home before the due dates.
4- How to conduct an efficiant meeting and world map project planning.
Exercise on project planning during the course and to submit before the end of that day.
5- How to Manage the change ; And during the course, working by question/answer about the oral presentation and writing exam.
6- Final Presentation (questions by the teacher on the project, then feedback)
Final exam - Writing exam.

Pedagogical methods
Course will be divided into 6 sessions and will be face-to-face.
The course will include : Case study(ies);Practical work (exercises) or presential tutorials ;Oral Presentation(s) ; logbook, clinical vignettes (valuation of experience). Due dates will be given at the beginning of the module, the learners must organize their work according to the due dates and to improve their work thanks to the theoretical courses taught throughout. length of the module).
The course will be based on interaction between learners and teacher.
Evaluation and grading system and catch up exams
NF = 100% :
Oral participation : 25%
CC (exercises, homework, etc.) : 25%
Oral Presentation : 25% (questions by the teacher on the project, then feedback)
Final exam : 25%
Catch-up exam - 100%= 25% CC grade of the module + 25% Oral participation of the module + 50% New written exam on the table.
Module Policies
Professor-Student Communication
● The professor will contact the students through their school email address (IMT-BS/TSP) and the Moodle portal. No communication via personal email addresses will take place. It is the student responsibility to regularly check their IMT-BS/TSP mailbox.
● Students can communicate with the professor by emailing him/her to his institutional address. If necessary, it is possible to meet the professor in his office during office-hours or by appointment.
Students with accommodation needs
If a student has a disability that will prevent from completing the described work or require any kind of accommodation, he may inform the program director (with supporting documents) as soon as possible. Also, students are encouraged to discuss it with the professor.
Class behavior
● Out of courtesy for the professor and classmates, all mobile phones, electronic games or other devices that generate sound should be turned off during class.
● Students should avoid disruptive and disrespectful behavior such as: arriving late, leaving early, careless behavior (e.g. sleeping, reading a non-course material, using vulgar language, over-speaking, eating, drinking, etc.). A warning may be given on the first infraction of these rules. Repeated violators will be penalized and may face expulsion from the class and/or other disciplinary proceedings.
● The tolerated delay is 5 minutes. Attendance will be declared on Moodle during these 5 minutes via a QR code provided by the teacher at each course start.
● Student should arrive on time for exams and other assessments. No one will be allowed to enter the classroom once the first person has finished the exam and left the room. There is absolutely no exception to this rule. No student can continue to take an exam once the time is up. No student may leave the room during an examination unless he / she has finished and handed over all the documents.
● In the case of remote learning, the student must keep his camera on unless instructed otherwise by the professor.
Honor code
IMT-BS is committed to a policy of honesty in the academic community. Conduct that compromises this policy may result in academic and / or disciplinary sanctions. Students must refrain from cheating, lying, plagiarizing and stealing. This includes completing your own original work and giving credit to any other person whose ideas and printed materials (including those from the Internet) are paraphrased or quoted directly. Any student who violates or helps another student violate academic behavior standards will be penalized according to IMT-BS rules.
