Since we turn 00's, business models are key components and game changer in the new digital economy. As important as understing competition, suppliers and clients, business models explains how the GAFA thrived. This course aims to teach a practical and strategic approach on how organisations generate and capture value. Students will discover a framework for analysing and generating business model. Finally, this course is an excellent introduction on how to manage and start an innovation process in the 20's.
