Enumerate the global challenges faced by organizations in navigating effectively through digital innovation and industry transformations. Appreciate and appraise the managerial strategies that can be used for dealing with digital transformations, particularly due to emerging technologies. This course would allow students to understand disruptive innovations and the role of data management in the innovation and marketing strategy of the company.

Contenu

Learning of the program catered by this course include:
•IMM-1: Develop fundamental skills while training future manager to be open, proactive and capable of integrating technological fields into their management decision making.
•IIM-2: Be able to generate new ideas, steer innovation and manage change in a competitive environment
•IIM-3: Capacity to plan, organize, lead and collaborate within a working group
•IIM-4: Possess effective interpersonal communication skills
•IIM-5: Capable of working globally
