Experiment how to apply the Design Thinking & Service Design mindset to a concrete challenge. In teams, you will follow the Stanford’s process to innovate in a human centered way: from the interviews till the testing of prototypes. You finish this workshop with a quiz to potentially certify you as a design thinker.
Learning by doing. Several teams of no more than 4-6 participants, with the active support of experienced practitioners. A series of theoretical principles, practical exercises, and debriefing to assimilate each phase of the method.
